A Quick Method for Isolating Objects on White

This tutorial will attempt to show a quick method to isolate objects cleanly and successfully. This is not the Holy Grail of isolation, and its success is highly dependent on having a sharp photo of an object with a background that is as close to white as you can get it in camera.

Although I have cobbled this method together by trial and error using various PhotoShop techniques and tips I have picked up along the way, I certainly don't claim it to be original. No doubt there are other people out there using similar techniques.
