NEW CAMERA!
posted by Shine4Him8, Dec 30, 2007 6:11 AM — 6 commentsIndeed. I now have my "pretty camera" and it is in fact... very pretty *grin*
Canon Digital Rebel XTI 10 mp.
So I'm learning and having tons of fun with it. :)
Trying to come up with a name for her. It's a tie between Odina, Zoey and Viva.
What do you guys think?

Zoey would have been good until recently, so I would go with Viva.

I LOVE my Canon Rebel XTi, and I think you'll love yours too! Beautiful gallery! You seem so full of life, and since 'Zoey' and 'Viva' both mean 'life', either one would fit, but I think I agree with the others...I'd choose Viva. Sounds more like a camera's name and it's less common.

Hi Heather,
Congrats on your new camera! Well it now looks like you've had it a while so I hope you two are getting along. Yes at first I thought Viva was the best name for the camera, but after I thought about it for a sec, I now believe Zoey is best.
Why? Well I just would give anything to see the look on people's faces after you say "I'm bringin' Zoey along with us". It sounds like your going to bring your kid sister with you...and people would just say "Huhh? Whaaa? Who's Zoey?!"
Anywho, love your pix! I almost asked if I could use of of em in one of my art projects, but I chicken'd out and asked someone else. Maybe next time?

Hi, I'm setting up a new website for linking up families/carers of people with disabilities and want to use your photo: Family tickling each other on one of the pages (It would be the photo that accompanies the "Families Journeys" page. Would you permit that?
Many thanks!

Thanks for the kind words guys, still means a lot that a tutorial I did so long ago is still relevant and appreciated.
