CMYK vision

posted by pkavitha1, May 27, 2009 12:07 PM — 1 comments

Is is just me or what? I seem to be converting all the colours I see in real life to match an exact CMYK, in my mind. And I'm pretty acccurate.

I even talk to people about the sky being 10% less cyanish today than it was the other day, or the different %'s of K's when its cloudy, rather than the weather itself!

Should find out how I can make money out of this!

once upon a time as a drum scanner operator I used to do this all the time - made me a good colour retoucher but unfortunately nowadays it seems to be being left behind by having a mathematical understanding of LAB and how RGB & CMYK interact with that colour model..
