The first one is great, but the second one seems like the page has been changed. I don't see a tutorial.

This is really great stuff.
I'm not too impressed with most of the PS tutorials on here, but this one is very useful.
I especially appreciate your attention to reversibility or "non-destructive" Photoshopping.
