Its first partner was PhotoVault, with more than 300,000 images. On Wednesday (July 18, 2007), it announced a similar deal with iStockPhoto.
Other deals, probably sometime down the road, might be expected with Corbis Images and Yahoo; both have representatives on Cognisign's advisory board. The company's May press release anticipated that "stock photo inventory from additional companies will be added to the portal at the conclusion of the Beta."
