Understanding 'copyrighted material'

I just had a couple of images of a Hungarian Tesco supermarket (the photos are much more interesting than they sound!) rejected on the grounds of being 'copyrighted material'.

I feel a bit embarrassed that I still only have one solitary pic available for sxc people to use! However, two others have been rejected, with a further eight in the queue. Hopefully some of those will make it through eventually! I have been impressed by the feedback that sxc give when rejecting a picture - it's fair and useful, and just gives an incentive to try and create ever better pictures.

However, the image is too small. I need at least 3Mb for my graphic designer to be able to work with it. Is it possible to obtain a good quality high resolution image?
