"lol if the needle always point to the 'N' would not make for a very accurate compass, especially if you have to make a turn...lol...the status of the compass is not distinguishable from this image."

"I don't think it's broken. It might be, but a compass always points to magnetic north. The markings are just for bearings and telling degrees. Yup, i was a boy scout."
