"Looks yummy! I plan to use this for my article on avoiding frequent bladder infections: Stay away from tight pants or jeans, pantyhose and girdles. These garments trap your body heat and moisture, creating a hospitable environment for bacteria, which will worsen your problem. Loose-fitting pants or skirts worn without pantyhose or a girdle are a much more comfortable alternative for anyone trying to avoid frequent bladder infections. Thank you! "
