"Because you are used seeing light from the left_top_corner like Windows OS has in all the windows panels..so you see all these objects that receive light from left_top_corner all day and then you look at this picture that has the light in the right_lower_corner:)
It`s a good picture anyway...another proof of life an Mars:)"

there is no depression of the footprint... but a preeminent of it... outstanding "trick" ;-) ?
