| » | Homeless John John is very independent and chooses to camp in Milwaukee's Menominee valley rather that use the shelter system. He has been stopping by at the local Pantry lately where I have been getting coffee for him and chatting about life in general. The holidays were particulary tough for him as he remembered better times. One night in the valley he told me of watching the train go by and thinking how easy it would be to just simply jump on the tracks and end it all. I am still trying to get him to reconsider and use the shelter system as he already has a nasty cough and I worry about John making it through the Winter |
