"Definitely needs to have it's ears cleaned. That black dirt in it's ears? Those are little insects. Your vet can teach you how to fix that. Otherwise an adorable shorthair! I love the huge ears. Is it possibly a poly (many toed) cat? The feet look about right for extra toes."
