| » | Entropy In Action For some reason this old garage fascinates me, it's only a couple blocks from my apartment, I see it fairly regularly when I go for a walk. A simplified definition of entropy is this, entropy is the 2nd law of thermodynamics, which basically states that all forms of energy and matter decay over time, i.e. wood rots, grass dies, metal rusts ect... As an interesting side note, entropy refutes the theory of evolution. There are dozens of other ways to do it also, but this just happened to strike me as I looked at the picture. |
