I would like to point out, that Bobo, the skiing penguin, is a registred trade mark, at least here in Europe and belongs to a franchising concept of ski schools ( see http://www.kinder-club.in- fo/de/index.php for details). If you are in doubt, whether it is suitable to use that photo in the desired environment I would suggest you contact that company first to avoid any legal risk. |
