The South Indian cuisine is famous for its use of different spices in well-measured proportions resulting in an amazing aromatic dish that has taste, color, nutrients and is not too oily. The photo was taken at a good restaurant in Connaught Place, New Delhi. (ah! the handsome guy in blue checkered shirt is my friend Alok! ) :-p |
