"Agree with gavin13's comments about the line and form, don't think it matters about the top not being in it particularily . It's an imposing bit of architecture , can't say I really like the subject - your photo has a very Mondrian, deStihl vibe to it - combination of subject and framing i suppose - it's very orwellian looking like some of the buildings from the 1984 movie '1984' with John Hurt and Richard Burton.Anyway, good photo of some very inhuman looking architecture."
