"May use for non-profit promotional material for school 'Lights Out World' climate change awareness campaign in Surrey, UK. Will attempt to inform if actually used, cannot guarantee but likely. I stress, non-profit. Brilliant photo, great concept, technically wonderful. The final use (if I use it) will be a poster/leaflet campaign only."

"I know, but I didn't want to lose the contrast between the cigarette and the bg. And this was done on a reeeeally makeshift studio setup, so my options were limited. Point taken though :)"
