i feel always honored when people chose my photos to use them in all different kind of projects but because of the many requests i have to specify my restrictions:
1) the most important thing: i need to get a detailed description about what exactelly is planned with my photos
2) i´m unfortunately not able to send the photos for personal use (desktop, image library)
3) i appreciate the use of my photos for creative work but it´s important to get the finished product for my personal collection
4) if they are used on a private homepage i´d like my name and a link to my photosite near by the image
5) if the photos are used in any commercial way i need to take a modest fee because of equipment costs and expences
