I am a published novelist with a passion for both creative and academic writing. In 2004 I moved into an old home and spent 4 yrs changing it completely. One day I was a plumber, the next an electrician, then a custom painter... and I'm still here to talk about it. I love sharing the lessons I learned. I've also had dogs all my life, all of them rescue dogs, so I've learned a lot about training and caring for my furry friends.
